    Poor Customer Service/Massive Delivery Delays

    I ordered this refrigerator Jan. 2 with an initial delivery date of Jan. 28. 72 hours before delivery, it was rescheduled for Jan. 29. One day later, I got a text saying that I needed to schedule the delivery, only to find out it had been cancelled, with a new ESTIMATED deliver of mid-April. That's right, 3 1/2 months waiting for delivery, and without any discount, refund or compensation.

    Terrible G.E.Refrigerator

    Don't buy this model refrigerator the Led lights in freezer continuous go out I. Hired G.E.repair man to fix it and 2 months later it goes out again also ice maker is very slow in making ice we are constantly out of ice. Change filters on a regular basis . Just a terrible product customer service don't care so this will be my last G.E. Appliance I buy and I'm spreading the word to friends and family's in not to buy G.E. and get ripped off

    This fridge kinda sucks. The ice maker started being loud after a few months. Really disappointed. Also, it feels really cramped and nothing really fits right in the freezer.

    Did not receive owner/user operating manual on refrigerator. Very inconvenient to Senior citizens customer on trying to learn refrigerator/freezer operations.

    Came with A big dent

    The guy who deliver it took a picture of a big dent on the side and said his boss would call me ,that was like three weeks ago. I try getting through to people but Was kept on hold for long periods of time to where I had to hang up. Never ordering from Best Buy again.

    WORST experience ever!!! Bought a new refrigerator 2 years ago and freezer won't freeze. Cost to purchase was $2k, warranty not covered so would cost $1k to repair. GE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

    The contractor that Best Buy chooses to use sent out too small guys who were not strong enough to move the new refrigerator up the stairs to my house and so the fridge was not delivered. Bought the same fridge from Lowe's for the same price

    We were specifically looking for a fingerprint resistant stainless steel - and this is exactly what this fridge description said. However, the part that one touches the most - the handles - is not fingerprint resistant. I find this very misleading, almost fraudulent. The fridge doesn’t come with an egg container or a butter dish. Not happy with the product.
