Fridge is awesome. Ice maker makes little noise. Water dispenser lock is a great feature with little kids in the house.

I would not call this refrigerator "fingerprint resistant"... especially not the handles, which would seem to be the most important area to keep clear of fingerprints. Other than that, it's a normal refrigerator. No bells or whistles

My experience in the store and with the appliance is good. The delivery team arrived with no tools.

I waited since November 12th for the fridge . It was to be delivered December 8th . The delivery driver had a personal issue to deal with. I do not blame the driver for the rescheduling. I do blame Best Buy for the inconvenience. I have to wait till December 30 for the fridge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY MAJOR APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY . I have to wait 7 weeks now for a fridge. If I see the same deal from competitor. I will cancel Best Buy and buy their fridge. At least they have it in stock and I won’t be waiting 7 weeks

Excellent product! The bisque color was difficult to find but it matches perfectly with our other appliances. Quite spacious!

Works great, I would give it a 5 star but for the handles having to be cleaned every day. They are not fingerprint proof, etc.

This was a great purchase; however, the 1st fridge came with damaged handles. They replaced the fridge within days.

BEWARE! The height dimensions listed on the website and on the item at the store are wrong. The height is 70 3/8 inches. So, if your opening is 70" or smaller, the fridge won't fit. This was not clear until the delivery guys tried to deliver and discovered that the specs on the box were different from the specs online and on the pre-installation measurements of my kitchen.

It takes little getting used to going Back to side by side but I love having ice and water in the door!

I like my new refrigerator even though larger on the outside I have less storage on the door on refrigerator side. I should have looked better at it. Also the ice maker is really slow

The fridge arrived within the 4 hour time frame given to me, and the 2 men who came to the house did an excellent overall job, including taking out the old fridge and putting in the new unit along with hooking up the new water line for ice/water. They had a minor problem with the water hookup, but made sure everything was in working order, including making sure the unit was leveled properly. They also helped me put a rear entry door that I had removed to get the unit in back on its hinges. They cleaned everything up and showed the features of the control panel on the fridge before they left. PERFECT!! Also, a shout out to the sales person in the store who was very friendly and helpful in the purchasing of the fridge.

The refrigerator was delivered on day scheduled (no delays) and was expertly installed.
