Now have to wait 2 weeks for GE to come fix it. Best Buy had always been great with these things until this for me. Guess I will go without a working fridge for another 2 weeks

When unloading and reloading into the new, I feel like there's less space somehow in the new one. And handles are slightly lower than one another with no real way to adjust height.

Due to the remodeling, I didn't open it up and check it. Guess what? broken plastic and dings everywhere! cannot even be marked as "Poor", in my opinion. Super disappointed and frustrated. lesson learned...

This thing makes so much noise it's almost unbearable. I had a GE tech come out and, of course, they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I will never buy GE products again.

Best Buy Delivery service was very good, delivering and installing this GE refrigerator, while skillfully removing my previous purchased Frigidaire refrigerator that failed to last longer than 2 months. I look forward with this GE refrigerator lasting much longer and I added the BestBuy geek squad 3 year warranty to extend my regilar warranty period. I also enjoy the 2 tone color with the doors being stainless steel, while the rest of refrigerator being a black color, which matches my other black and stainless steel colored appliances.

Posted .Hi there, Cathleen - Thanks for the review. We hate to hear that your refrigerator's doors are squeaky. On new refrigerators, it's not unusual for the door to whistle or squeak. This occurs because the gasket is sealing very tightly. If the noise becomes bothersome, try rubbing paraffin wax or petroleum jelly on the gasket. Due to the freezer door not sealing correctly the fridge runs constantly. 3. It looks like fresh snow every time I open the freezer door. I have to have a new replacement delivered and that is taking over 2 weeks.
