I like my refrigerator, but I’m having trouble getting the temperature to display on the panel. If I can get that working properly then I would LOVE it..

The ice maker keep failing :-(. I would like for Best Buy to exchange my refrigerator please…

Inside of fridge holds a good amount of items, the shelving can not move up or down so it is hard to fit taller items on the shelf (I had to lay taller bottles on their side). Had Best Buy deliver and install fridge - my doors are uneven, handles are not at same level. Also my floors are a bit uneven and there is no way to raise/lower wheels so I have to put something under the left side of fridge to level. Also my kitchen has tile floors and the fridge slides all over the place. There is no option to lock the wheels - will have to find small door stop or rubber mat to stop it from moving every time I open the fridge door.

I purchased this refrigerator in July because of the quick delivery..paid for the geek squad delivery, installation and haul away. When the "geek squad" delivery specialists arrived, they had no tools and were not familiar with anything regarding the refrigerator. They used my allen wrenches to try and remove a door handle so it would fit in the house but it was not an allen wrench, it was a star bit!! then they got an electric gun and removed the handles only to ell me that one of the handle nuts was not delivered. They called their support rep who told them to tell me to just reject the order or take it as is and wait a week for someone to do something..when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said NOPE that is the only answer you ger at which point the delivery technician ended the call!! I was furious and they simply ignored me blaming whoever assembled the handles. As I went to put my tools away (thet they used) I found the missing nut in my Wrench case!! It was there all along and they lied!! but when I tried to reassemble the handle , the nut would not work because the power tool they used to remove the handle STRIPPED the fitting making a simple delivery and installation a nightmare!! The geek squad delivery teams of the past were so professional and efficient..Best Buy has gone down hill and not even a refund for the delivery nightmare..I am don with them

I am SO disappointed in Best Buy’s lack of customer service. I received a damaged (very noticeable dent on front of freezer door) refrigerator. The packaging seemed a bit off. This isn’t the first refrigerator I’ve bought, but I just assumed it was GE, until I looked closer. The freezer was full of crumbs/dirt. It soon started to make a god awful sound every so often. After a couple of days of it scaring my children so much they’d run off crying and covering their ears, I inspected it and found the ice maker to already be turned to the “on” position. It had not been connected to a water source yet, so we had not turned it on. What I can assume is that it was returned by another customer to Best Buy because of the dent after being used. I paid for a new, undamaged refrigerator and instead got an apparently used and noticeably damaged one. The one star comes from the fact that I have tried to contact Best Buy multiple times and have received NO response other than “someone will be with you in 20 minutes” only to never have contact. This is the second appliance I have purchased from Best Buy. The first was a stovetop that they didn’t even have in stock but still let me pay for it and scheduled delivery, and it wasn’t until I had waited a couple of hours that they said they didn’t actually have it. I should have known better than to have ordered anything else from them.

This fridge kinda sucks. The ice maker started being loud after a few months. Really disappointed. Also, it feels really cramped and nothing really fits right in the freezer.

Good refrigerator slow delivery but works for me.?

The interior is too small. We had to purchase a lazy susan to get to our products.

The water dispenser is broken. The technician that installed it told me it was broken. Then promised to contact Best Buy. It’s still broken and no one has followed up.

What a piece of garbage. Louder than my previous fridge that was 15 years old. First one was super noisy, ordered another and even louder. Not to mention you cannot level the fridge and both I got were wonky. Doors are not level either.

Ice maker and water stopped working after 10 months, errors on control panel, compressor never shuts off 2 week wait for warranty service-big inconvenience

Don't buy this model refrigerator the Led lights in freezer continuous go out I. Hired G.E.repair man to fix it and 2 months later it goes out again also ice maker is very slow in making ice we are constantly out of ice. Change filters on a regular basis . Just a terrible product customer service don't care so this will be my last G.E. Appliance I buy and I'm spreading the word to friends and family's in not to buy G.E. and get ripped off

I ordered this refrigerator Jan. 2 with an initial delivery date of Jan. 28. 72 hours before delivery, it was rescheduled for Jan. 29. One day later, I got a text saying that I needed to schedule the delivery, only to find out it had been cancelled, with a new ESTIMATED deliver of mid-April. That's right, 3 1/2 months waiting for delivery, and without any discount, refund or compensation.

Did not receive owner/user operating manual on refrigerator. Very inconvenient to Senior citizens customer on trying to learn refrigerator/freezer operations.

The guy who deliver it took a picture of a big dent on the side and said his boss would call me ,that was like three weeks ago. I try getting through to people but Was kept on hold for long periods of time to where I had to hang up. Never ordering from Best Buy again.

WORST experience ever!!! Bought a new refrigerator 2 years ago and freezer won't freeze. Cost to purchase was $2k, warranty not covered so would cost $1k to repair. GE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The contractor that Best Buy chooses to use sent out too small guys who were not strong enough to move the new refrigerator up the stairs to my house and so the fridge was not delivered. Bought the same fridge from Lowe's for the same price

We were specifically looking for a fingerprint resistant stainless steel - and this is exactly what this fridge description said. However, the part that one touches the most - the handles - is not fingerprint resistant. I find this very misleading, almost fraudulent. The fridge doesn’t come with an egg container or a butter dish. Not happy with the product.
