    Worst service ever. Delivery was delayed, canceled after a week, then rescheduled again for more than two weeks after the item arrived damaged. I canceled and bought the same appliance from Home Depot, which delivered in 2 days. Completely lost trust in Best Buy — not recommended for big appliances.

    Super with this fridge! I bought this after the water and ice dispenser on my old fridge went out. Everything from purchase, delivery, installation, and haul away was super easy and the delivery service was super professional.

    Sounds like a chorus of cicadas- all the time. The motor hum is loud and constant. Otherwise, the front is very nice, and the space inside was also very nice. I choose to return it because of the noise.
