The store clerks in Bestbuy stated I will need to contact GE, GE said I will need to contact Bestbuy.

The freezer door was defective and had to be returned. We checked same model at other Best Buys and the freezer door was flimsy and hard to pull on all of them but the one we bought was severely defective.
