    Great cooling and efficiency. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the assembly of the side sliders was a pain! Otherwise, it's a great product!

    This is a great air conditioner especially for the price! We live in florida and bought another brand first, unfortunately. It was so bad i was afraid to buy another brand and lose more money, but i got lucky this time.. keeps our room cold even in the hot humid florida summer..

    Bought this unit for my son’s bedroom because his room stays warm even when the central air is on. This unit does a great job keeping his room cold at night. I highly recommend if you have a room that does not stay cool enough. Buy it, you will love it.

      We are glad to hear your air conditioner is cooling well for you. If you haven't already, please remove the filter and reinstall it to see if the light turns off. If you still have this issue, reset the electronics by unplugging the unit for a couple of minutes. Please refer to page 5 in your manual for specifics. If the light doesn't turn off, please take advantage of your warranty that is covered on page 17 in your manual. Joyce@GEAppliances GE_Appliances

    This air conditioner works very well for a medium size bedroom with bath. My one complaint is the location of the filter. The unit has to be taken out of window to clean. Very hard to pull back out of the window to be able to clean the filter. It’s like having to reinstall it every time the filter needs cleaning. Wish they would have made this with filter removal on the front.

      The unit shouldn't have to be removed to gain access to the filter. To remove the filter from the left side of the unit. Please review page 8 in your manual. Thank you! Joyce@GEAppliances GE_Appliances
