    Air conditioner works great, however no remote was included. Called customer service (who were great to deal with) was told they would send one and should get it in 10 days. Still waiting!

    QA QC for this product might be lacking. Got 2 ACs, one of them didnt work. Had to get another that worked. So 2 out of 3 works. It is cheap though so we will see how long it lasts.

    Still needs to withstand the test of time. Renter is happy so far and the room gets a ton of heat because it's the sunroom.

    The air conditioner is cheap and works great. In 10 minutes the room is cooled to arctic temperature.
