    Air conditioner works great, however no remote was included. Called customer service (who were great to deal with) was told they would send one and should get it in 10 days. Still waiting!

    Cools ok in a room that is the maximum recommended size. The clean filter light started flashing 2 weeks after I got it. The filter looked clean but I cleaned it anyway. The light did not go out and I cannot find any dust or dirt build-up on the coils in the front under the filter or on the back outside.

      The air filter behind the front grille should be checked and cleaned at least every 30 days or more often if necessary. We would suggest trying to unplug the unit for 30 seconds then powering it back on to reset the unit. If the light is still on after trying this, we would recommend reaching out to our service team for help.
