Great service. Great product. A lot of items in one store.

We bought this GE because we had a workaholic similar unit for years. This was a disappointment. Cheaply made, cannot set the blades for a comfortable stream. It is noisy and finicky. We had to call GE the first day we had it. Seems the condenser didn't like the Eco setting with low setting. We struggled to get it settled in the window, and there it will stay. Not bad to look at, but it was a total turn off. Spent too much time acclimating it to our window. Will bear with it a year or two, hopefully it will run a few years, but will not looking at GE models next time.

Purchased this product and immediately regretted it. The filter light kept coming on within the first week, after ignoring it for about two weeks I removed the filter and instantly regretted it. The filter snapped and now I’m past my return/exchange period and the manufacturer no longer makes the filter. Save yourself, get a different product!!!

Employees were extremely helpful from the moment we came through the door. Sales associate was friendly and informative. He wheeled the 2 ACs to our car and placed them inside. We'll be coming back to this store.

This AC worked normally for about a month, and still technically does work, but something is very wrong with the filter's design. I removed the filter for cleaning when the light turned on. When I tried to reinsert the clean, dry filter, it would not go in smoothly. As I slid it out, the bottom right corner of the filter's frame broke. In lower right corner of the space where the filter should fit, there is a piece of white plastic approx. 2" long and some wires. I cannot manipulate the filter either in front of or behind that piece of plastic and I cannot move the piece of plastic up, down, or backwards. I have no idea how the filter was able to fit in that space before. I checked the manual, but it provides no guidance on this issue. It only states that the filter should be reinserted after cleaning. It seems like this AC is designed to break the first time the user tries to clean the filter.

Worked without any issues for 3 weeks. Best buy return was easy and got a new one.

I bought it because I am going to need to use it next year. If I can, I give a better review on the summer of 2026.

Good unit for the price, gets the job done with no frills.

Runs good. Keep the bedroom at the perfect temperature!

I use it for an extremely small bedroom I use for sleeping only. It houses a full size bed, tv stand and tv. It’s a tiny room. You can only use the remote to operate it outside of turning it on or off. It’s extremely loud, even when using “on” option, it makes very loud noises. I also noticed after I purchasing it, what insulates it, is styrofoam. :-(

It’s worth the price but not very powerful and vents on far right no air flow. Cannot flow air up or down but can move left to right in middle.

So far working well keeps us cool.There is some noise but is not any different than other ACs of same BTUs

This is the loudest air conditioner that I ever owned. It has a design flaw that emits a loud and annoying rattle during operation. I have much older Frigidaire units that are both quiet & powerful. I will not be purchasing anther GE ac in the future.

The filter is very hard to remove and broke easily

We are chillin using this great room AC unit! Enjoying the eco temp feature which keeps the room temp cool with auto shut on & off when the desired temp is set.

It makes a loud grinding noise at times. If it wasn't such a hassle to take it out of the window, we would have brought it back.

Works decent but it takes a little while before the cold air actually starts to flow.

Its cheaply made and makes noise when on. The air controls only movve sideways and not up and down. Im ver disappointed.
