Bad Experience

I had a vacation planned so I wasn’t able to return it within the 14 day window. I didn’t want a refund, just an exchange I even offered to purchase a stronger model and pay the difference. They refused. Now I’m stuck with a non-functional unit. The other 2 work fine cooling 250 sf rooms.

truly just hoping i got a bad one out of the bunch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it for maybe 2 to 2 and a half months before the compressor would cycle and try to kick on before failing to do so. normal temp outside. now it’s failing to turn on most times I try. also, have 144 sq ft room and would take a long while to cool the room even on the coldest temp setting and highest fan speed.
