Overall it’s a decent refrigerator but it had so many missing items like door screws, filters...etc. Not making sure it worked during delivery caused my food to spoil.

Great size for my family of 5. Wonderful features!

So far this refrigerator has been great. It holds a lot of things, is nice and cold (our other brand never was), the ice is large which is nice and it doesn't take up door or fridge space. We are very pleased with our purchase and very pleased with Best Buy's delivery.

Everything works, don't care much for the shelf heighth adjustments. Ice box level arm gets stuck sometimes. It was discounted at time of sale. I'm happy with the product overall.

My last LG French style Fridge failed after only 4 years of usage. So I am giving GE a try. This Fridge appears to be well build and looks upscale. The hidden release for the door in door is easier to use than the LG front button design.

Replaced an LG refrigerator with this one. Ice maker seems to be better. Overall hoping this one lasts longer than the LG. LG broke after 2 yrs. GE has a good reputation for lasting products.

It’s a nice fridge but you can’t adjust the shelves for taller items like wine or soda

It could have been a 5 star but I bought a brand new unit and when we removed the blue plastic covering, there was a dent on the door. Unfortunately, there was no more on stock so the lady gave me a credit.

Very nice product. No too many gadgets, simple, just love it! The only thing is that the door does not close right away, its stop just at the tip of closing but its ok, have it program for when door is ajar.

Cools really well, freezer freezes quickly. Shelves easily adjust and fridge is easily maneuverable. Door storage is good as is the outer door accessibility without opening the entire main door. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a black stainless fridge.

We have had a side by side for almost 20 years now and just bought the 3 French door model! I love it! The small front door is a nice feature! The sensor sticks a bit, so some times the light does not come on when you open the small door- waiting for the technician to fix that !

The cooling failed, we got it repaired. It failed again . Finally went with Samsung.

Love our new GE 3 door fridge with 2 compartments on the right making getting milk or condiments so quick and easy. By labeling and keeping a list of freezer contents is making use of the bottom freezer manageable.

The storage is excellent in this refridgerator. The freezer especially is very roomy. Also, the shelving is flexible and allows for different sizes of storage. Water dispenser is a little slow, but the ice maker is very good.

There is an annoying low humming ever so often. Sometimes the water from the dispenser is room temperature and not cold

I love the split door that allows easy access to often used items, including milk. The Freezer is easily organized compared to other bottom freezers. The depth of the refrigerator is very good although the limited shelf space does allow things to get lost easily.

Our new refrigerator was finally delivered! It isn’t exactly what we wanted due to supply chain issues, although it is a beautiful fridge. I’m sure we will enjoy it for many years.

I’ve only had the refrigerator for about three weeks now, but so far so good. The only two cons I have are the ice bucket is SMALL and I’m growing to dislike have to open both doors.
