Absolutely terrible filter design

I tried to replace the RPWFE filter with a genuine GE RPWFE filter (a true ripoff btw due to the RFID chip GE places on the RPWFE to keep owners from replacing with a non-GE filter), and now have a substantial leak emanating from the filter housing. Now without water and ice until Geek Squad can come out to inspect.
