    Our sales rep (Brook ) was phenomenal! She went over and above to make us happy! She was also exceptionally informative and knowledgeable. Our delivery crew was just as phenomenal.     This refrigerator is really nice. I never realized how much more room is in the 3-door models as opposed to the normal freezer on the left, refrigerator on the right models. I have room for everything and can always seem to re-arrange to make room for that dish of leftovers or casserole that needs baking tomorrow morning. Mine has worked flawlessly so far.

    Good product that replaced a similar designed LG unit that was purchased in 2015, that compressor went out and out of warranty. Control are easy to use and finish is easy to clean and maintain. So far so good.

    Overall it’s a decent refrigerator but it had so many missing items like door screws, filters...etc. Not making sure it worked during delivery caused my food to spoil.

    So far this refrigerator has been great. It holds a lot of things, is nice and cold (our other brand never was), the ice is large which is nice and it doesn't take up door or fridge space. We are very pleased with our purchase and very pleased with Best Buy's delivery.
