    BEST BUY DELIVERED THIS RFRIGERATOR ON DECEMBER 19, 2025 WITHOUT A HANDLE ON THE FREEZER DOOR. TODAY IS JANUARY 23, 2O26, AND THE REFRIGERATOR STILL HAS NO HANDLE ON THE FREEZER. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

    Don't buy this even if the last fridge on earth

    I did my research and was informed that GE was the brand that was the most reliable. A mere 2.5 years later the compressor conks out and this piece of junk is a giant paperweight. When I asked the repair tech why in the world would this thing go kaput after only two years (when a Frigidaire we have has been humming along for over 20 years) he had no answer. But there is an answer. And it's this is a brand you should avoid like the Bubonic Plague. To add insult to injury there's no chance it can be replaced and it can't be fixed until the end of the month - even though it's been out since last week. Update: A tech came to do a "repair". After the "repair" it still doesn't work. You could toss an appliance off the Empire State Building, smash it to smithereens and it STILL would work better than this trash. WARNING: UNLESS YOU LIKE JUNK AND A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THAT WILL MAKE YOU WANT TO VOMIT, DONT GET A GE

    Extra to switch door!!

    Called about the switching the door to open on the right and they said it was another $69.95!! After reading a question about this the answer from Best Buy was just tell the delivery person when they deliver. Unaccepable. I'll reverse it myself.

      We can understand how upsetting it would be to be told there is an additional fee. It is true that some installers will do this as a courtesy. However, if you decide to do this yourself, the door reversal process isn't difficult. We recommend having 2 people because the door can be a little bit awkward. Even with Hato Rey being the default store, all products have the following messages: Professional Services Sorry, but services are currently unavailable in 00926 Check another location Delivery: Unavailable for 00926 › Store Pickup: Unavailable within 250 miles of Hato Rey Update Location › 3. Tried to fix postal address at store. App will change address based in zip code. Wouldn't let to override incorrect zip assumption. 4. Chat wait time 20 minutes. Email not available. 5. No available item inventory count. Even in store. Ebay can with external supliers. How can Best Buy not. How can you expect to compete with amazon, ebay, etc.

    I bought this GE Fridge in 2022 and it just stopped cooling. It only lasted 3 years. I do not recommend.

You can also disconnect the refrigerator from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets the electrical components and can often resolve an issue.     This was the perfect second refrigerator for the basement until the compressor broke after 4 years and 1 month
