They came on time and did not leave a mess. They were both very pleasant and Jose went out of his way to tell me about the dials...I am pleased with their work.

They did everything they could to get my new fridge through the narrow doors, and had it installed and running in no time! Second time we use Best Buy, first we replaced the washer - the Geek Squad did an outstanding job there too!

Refrigerator delivery and setup

Installers were courteous and practiced social distancing during the process. Good experience and the refrigerator works well as a spare in our garage.

Upon arrival customer service was good and then they just took it off the truck and left. We have purchased many items in the past and they have always set them up without asking. Very disappointed in the customer service and will not use Best Buy for delivery again.
