This review will be on the delivery and not the item it self. This stove is at my mother in-laws and took over two months to get because of errors between BestBuy and the third party delivery company. We purchased two stoves going to two locations and on the receipts and emails the addresses are correct but on their system they were both delivered to my house causing a mix up and delay of two months for my mother in-law. Not happy and will not purchase big delivery items at BestBuy again.

The surfaces is a little hard to clean. maybe the paint.

I love my new stove with the center griddle. I gave 4 stars only because the cleaning is a nightmare. When it arrived, there were finger prints and streaks all over the stainless steel that would not come off no matter what I used. I was told a stainless steel cleaner would remove them. Ok, when I buy some I will follow up with this. Then the 1st time I used the oven, I made a Lazagne and a little bit of it spilled over onto the bottom. My whole house was filled with smoke and it was burning badly. As directed, I poured a cup of water in the bottom and did the steam clean 2x. It was a huge mess of charcoal burnt black. I ruined 2 dishtowels trying to wipe it off. Mind you this was a very small spill over that somehow managed to reach all areas inside the oven including the top, sides and glass as well as racks. It is baked on there pretty good now and I am afraid to use it again until I can buy some oven cleaner and clean it the old fashioned way. The cook top is also very difficult to keep clean. Perhaps because it is black. I am hoping these issues can be resolved after I purchase the recommended cleaner. I also agree with what others have said about the broiler. You basically have to get down and sit on the floor to use it. Other than that, I would re consider maybe buying a WHITE one.

I get good use out of the griddle and the 5 burners

My GE gas stove had to be special ordered and took 3 weeks to arrive. The delivery and installation were changed 3 times. When the stove finally came to my house, the ignition for the burners doesn't work. Now I have a new stove that I have to manually light. I'm again waiting for a new stove to arrive. Then it will be trying to schedule the delivery.

I spoke with somebody before purchasing. Through your virtual chat. I only had one question before ordering. Is the broiler up on top. Virtual chat said yes, based on that answer I ordered! When I receive the item the BROILER was on BOTTOM! When trying to contact someone virtual was too busy. I was on hold for an hour on the phone when I was hung up on. Needless to say I just purchased a Television from somewhere else!

Need to show customer a color photo of the old supply gas line valve and the new supply valve required before the appliance can be installed. Provide the customer with TAKE OUT color photo of THE 2 valves bold description "GET PLUMBER TO INSTALL NEW YELLOW VALVE" prior to unit delivery or we cannot drop or leave the new unit at buyer location.

Oven doesnt stay at temperatures indicated pre bake doesnt reach the temperatures choosen one burner starts the opposite burner Overall rating sucks too cant change it

we love our gas range easy to change easy to set up and works great griddle works great gets hot like it should a nice flat thick griddle. all ts easy to remove and clean and install back.

Burner cap got stained as soon as I used the stove. I tried cleaning it but will not come off. Haven’t even had it for 30 days.

Good price, clean cooks great. Would buy again and again and again and again. Wait, what? You can fit large items in the oven. Great for burning large amounts of leaves in your home.

Worked for one year than control panels stops working after warranty ended garbage

I really lime this stove, especially the center griddle. Everything works nicely, my only problem was it did not come with a broiler pan which i had to purchase from another store. Be aware that I purchased it with installation and haul away and that turned in to a disaster. I had to pay a plumber to connect it even though i had paid for installation, the Best Buy installer basically told me the stove is not there yet even though it was going to be delivered in the time frame I had been given. so i would have to reschedule for about a week later. i was not going to be able to go a week without a stove so I basically paid for the installation twice. Just be aware that the installation may be unreliable.

We purchased this stove due to putting our home up for sale in the near future. It was inexpensive and showed. The quality was not good for a large family to cook daily.
