I did not receive a guide for the appliance. The broiler drawer is way too small. Fingerprints are difficult to clean off. Timer is a little difficult to set (if I had a guide, it would probably be easier to understand). I love the middle grill. I was not sure at first, but the burner heats evenly and its so easy to heat up food and clean. Great for tortillas/pancakes,,,etc. If you do not need a bottom broiler (I think you can broil in the oven) this is not a good selection. You would be better off getting an oven with an internal broiler and a bottom drawer that pulls out for storage.

This works amazing we really like it. It's for one of our tenants at a rental and they say it works wonderful so it's definitely one to buy if you want to get a stove

This range is beautiful and works so well and ease of cleaning is fantastic. Most of all, It doesn't need a lot of maintenance...just common sense care. This was a step up from our old stove and it was worth the investment and it was a great price. We love our new unit. Thank you Best Buy.

I truly love this choice of replacement..we struggled with our prior oven /gas stove..but this has been an dream so far!!..It does get very hot you have to be watchful..

This range is excellent from cooking to baking. It was easy to install in my kitchen. I would recommend this range if you're shopping for a new one.

I was concerned when I read a review about the grates being prohibitively heavy. I ordered the range anyway because I wanted the center griddle. The grates aren't that heavy. The different sizes of burners are new to me. I've had gas stoves for over 20 years and the burners have always been the same size. It is nice having an oversized burner for the pasta pot. We LOVE the griddle! Easy to use and very easy to clean. I've used it to make everything from grilled cheese to scrambled eggs to steaks. This is the first range I've had where the oven doesn't have a knob. It's taken a little getting used to, but the oven works very well. All in all, this was an excellent purchase and we are very happy with it.

Love this gas range. Burners are consistant. Baked cookies first time using oven... sweet.... didn't burn! Can't wait to use the griddle. Worth every penny.

I just purchased this stove and was disappointed to discover that the bottom drawer is not for storage, especially when the oven is on. My previous old stove had a bottom level for storage but this newer range does not, so that was disappointing. The stove does work well and the middle warmer is a plus.

Fantastic stove. It is easy to clean, lights well, looks great and I couldnt be happier. The only thing I think they could have done differently, is the broiler on the bottom is really low. You basically have to get on your knees to take things in and out.

This is an amazing gas stove,the look and features are great. Oven is spacious and gets to temperature quickly. The price is good would recommend this brand and style.

I love my new Range! Cooks evenly and lights perfect every time. The griddle is an extra feature I have never had before and is wonderful. Easy to clean. Oven temperatures are right on.

This range is great. They only thing that could be better is instead of having just one burner that gets hotter than the rest, 2 that are mediocre, and one that is for simmer only, make one for simmer and the rest the same (hottest) heat level. The way it is set makes it hard for canning as only one of the burners gets hot enough to use for canning. I'd prefer they were all set for high flame where I could turn them up or down to my preference when cooking.

The stove is just what we were looking for. Easy to use and affordable. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the burner knobs seem a little fragile. We haven’t had any problems with them but just seem like they may fail at some point. Overall a great range.
