I can't find the manual, perhaps I accidentally tossed it out, but I was able to find one online. Oven baked evenly, range top burners light easily. The center griddle is one of our favorite features! Best part of the griddle, is that it is so easy to clean up!

ERRRR to heat up ! It’s ridiculous. Even the convection is slow. I don’t know if mine is broken, but I had to switch this one for a gas one that was originally delivered. I just didn’t feel like switching anything again or waiting for another delivery. So be it. I’ll deal. But yeah I mean it works once it heats up !
