The wrong range was shipped in the box. Very disappointing. The delivery guys were great and took care of the problem. I just wish it could have been right the first time.

Worked Great for 2 weeks

After that every time we turned on the oven it sounded like a blow torch going nonstop. Then it suddenly turned off and never turned back on again. Then we tried to get another one installed and that one was so broken the installers couldn’t even put it in. We’re switching to a completely different brand.

I was offered a $500 gift card for making a purchase. I have not received the gift card nor an answer from Best Buy headquarters. The store is trying to help claim the gift card, but so far no answer.

Still getting used to the controls. I like the bottom drawer for some storage but it is not very sturdy and it falls off the track when opened and its hard to get back on track and close it evenly.

I love the middle burner that allows us to heat up our sides with plenty of surface area. The oven is very easy to clean and features a large host of features.

My focus to get one for a reasonable price, then I saw this oven it was a reasonable and the right size that will fit in my kitchen. Also, it has wireless features to control your oven if you're in another part of the house. I love it!

No issues with the delivery and installation, but with one problem. No knobs! All the other parts were available, I don't know if GE forgot to include the knobs in the package. I did order the stove top knobs separately and awaiting their arrival.

It was put on back order but we were never told this. Our son found this out on the 5th, he was then told the 10th. we are still waiting, as i am writing this on the 13th we were now told it will be in on the 21st of Feb. time will tell. thats a month with no range. not a good business model in our opinion. i would recommend the range but not our best buy.
