However, cleaning the smooth top is a challenge. It is much harder than my previous smooth top. I can get it clean but it is way too much effort. I hope it doesn't look worn earlier on the top due to the need for harder sponges and scraping to get it clean.

It looks good, it heats up fast and you can barely hear the convection fan running. The multiple burner sizes are a nice plus along with the warming burner. I'm looking forward to the steam cleaning feature as my previous ranges were just self cleaning.

I wish I had repaierd my old stove

The top seems to sometimes after cleaning in some spots appear to have white spots. This stove also seems to be made with cheaper parts than the one I replaced it with.

Best part, it heats up quickly and the stove let's you know when it's still hot to touch after turned off. It would have been ideal for it to come with the air fryer rack, since it has an air fryer option. But all and all id refer this.

So far so good , I did not like the cheap plastic knobs . The coating on the knobs were chipped when delivered . I replaced them With metal ones from Amazon

I didn’t realize how bad my other one was until I started using this one. I love the warming burner. The over heats up quickly and the pull out tray is so easy to clean.

However, the flat top on this stove is by far the hardest to clean I have ever experienced. Some things will never come off and the back burners don’t heat up very well.

Regular use of ceramic cooktop cleaner will help keep the cooktop looking new, such as Weiman's or CeramaBryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner. As far as the burners, make sure the correct burner is selected, matching the correct burner to the proper switch. Also, make sure the pan you're using has a flat, smooth bottom. For smooth-top radiant, induction, and old solid disk surface burner elements, it is essential that the pan have a flat, smooth bottom for proper operation. If the pan is not flat, the heat sensors built into these elements will prematurely cycle and turn off the heat to the element. You can also try unplugging the unit for 30 minutes and plugging it back in. If the burners still won't work properly, please reach out to our Bodewell service team at 1-833-426-3393 to schedule an appointment.

I was looking for a new electric stove and wanted a convection oven. I ran across this GE on a 30% off sale. It had everything I wanted plus air fry. Delivery was on time and they had it installed and tested in 20 minutes. Controls are nice and easy to use. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
