It was another update that I did in my dads kitchen. All in all I think it is a very good hood range

We finally got the replacement installed today and this one has no buttons on it. The Best buy employees have been wonderful though. They have been professional and very understanding, but this is getting frustrating.

Motor SHORT CIRCUIT after 4 months of use !!

Installation guys messed the wiring around the motor, which led to short circuit just 4 months after installation. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL !! Won't buy again.

The first one the light were dangling out, so i bought a new model and one of the two light bulbs didnt make over 4 hours.
