    Item was delivered later than scheduled and was supposed to be install at the same time. They only delivered it and the install is pending 12/29/2023

    This item should have come with more parts my installer had to purchase more items in order for the item to be vented. If you are selling this item as is you should state in order to vent outside it will be necessary to purchase other equipment.

    From fan blades hitting the shroud to blown halogen bulbs this unit was replaced by BB FIVE TIMES! Thank the almighty for Total Tech. This was in two month period.

    Does NOT come with power cable or charcoal filter! You have to buy both separately and both are currently on back order on the GE website (which is the only place you can buy these...) This hood has been sitting on in my kitchen table for almost two weeks now. Debating if I should I should just return this unit and go with a different brand who's power cables are more easily accessible. I cant speak to the quality because I can't even use the thing.

The charcoal filters are only necessary if you are installing it to recirculate. The power cord required will be determined by the outlet in your home.     Did not last a year. Air blew v low volume and smoke piles everywhere. Should have spent a little more to get a better quality . Ah well

    This is a real pain. The product was installed & didn't work. Service person came out and said we had to call store to get replacement. Called store and was told I have to go to store for replacement. This is a PAIN!

    Picked up the special order last night, unpackaged it today to install it and it’s damaged. Now we have to repackage it and take it back! Frustrating.

    Range Hood Fan does not work

    Out of the box this range hood does not work. I bought this GE range hood and was told it would be an easy installation. After installing it per directions the fan on the hood does not work but the lights do work. I have tried contacting Best Buy Support and GE support who hung up on me and have not been able to get this resolved. I am truly dissatisfied with this purchase.
