The refrigerator is great. The service to have it delivered was the WORST appliance experience I have ever had. It was delayed. I was not informed. I was informed it was coming, it never showed. It got rescheduled and delayed again, not informed. I was promised a gift card - it never arrived. I've talked to customer support 4 times with extreme hold times. Never received a gift card. I'll not be ordering from Best Buy again. Beware of both their delivery and customer support. Both failed me.

Been waiting about a month for the refrigerator to arrive with still 8 days more to go to the promised arrival date. Just received a notice today that the refrigerator is delayed another three weeks past the promise date.

Such a nice fridge. It fits in a small space perfectly. Freezer isn’t as big as I would like. Water dispenser inside is nice touch

Refrigerator takes some getting used to. So much space in doors. Freezer hard to use. Lucky I have a coffin freezer in the sunroom so only use refrigerator freezer for ice.

Excellent product, we love it. The delivery men were outstanding and worthy of a pat on the back.

Our old fridge went out and it was time to replace it instead of repair. If you haven't been appliance shopping lately, you're in for a surprise. Both Lowes and Home Depot had models we liked except the delivery dates ranged from 1 month to 2 1/2. On a whim I checked Best Buy's website. Not only did they the model we wanted, I got it in three days for a fair price.

Perfect size for small family. Has a few bells and whistles but not too many.

Installation went smoothly and so far fridge has been working well. My only critique is that the doors take a bit of getting used to and I worry about how well they'll hold up over time --they tend to swing back open if not really pressed in firmly when closing the fridge, and you ideally need to open and close the right-hand door first, which of course kids and houseguests may not always do.

Love the inside door water filter. It’s roomy and the shelves are adjustable. Large amount of storage for a small space.

Sadly I bought this online without seeing it in person due to pandemic and urgent need. I knew it was counter depth but feel it is a a little small for a couple. I also found the door shelves a little awkward. I can hear the ice maker but it isn’t very close to living room so not too loud. Beat Buy was very responsive when I ordered and delivered quickly which was why we purchased.

Excellent use of space as the refrigerator has the French doors with lots of room for groceries. Doors open easily from both sides. Freezer space is adequate and nice to have at the bottom of the unit, Great looking product that matches well with the kitchen. Easy adjustable door shelfs.

Delivered after a wait of several weeks. The lights worked but it didn't cool! Selected this model because it was the perfect size and it didn't have water and ice on the outside. Best Buy moved my old one back into my kitchen in the interim. May go with a different manufacturer now (lost confidence).
