perfect size for the space - interior water dispenser and ice maker are great - produces more ice than exterior dispensers - interior design/storage optimizes the space.

Probably not a great family option. Ice maker in freezer takes a large amount of the freezer space and had to be removed during Covid. Shelves inside refrigerator are Not adjustable being every grocery visit requires rearranging items purchased. Overall good, Also, the interior water dispenser is somewhat a nuisance and frequently leaves water drips inside because no container can be flush with the dispenser.

We are very satisfied with our purchase from Best Buy. All aspects of the sale were very professional. The sales person was very helpful and honest. The delivery was excellent. The refrigerator is everything we need and expected, except for one factor. The upper shelving seems to be shorter than it could be, so I think there is a little wasted space. We bought it without physically seeing it. Other than that, it is perfect for us.

This new fridge was delivered on time and in very good condition. We love it. The counter length depth and the French doors give us quite a bit of extra room in our kitchen. Overall we are quite pleased.

Enjoying this Fridge. I have no complaints other than I wished I had purchased a larger cubic fridge. It looks good, runs good and quiet. I am a loyal GE customer and I would recommend GE Appliances.

Really pleased overall with the fridge. It fit perfectly as expected. Love the no fingerprint aspect always looks clean. The adjustable shelves and the door pockets are nice.

I love my new fridge! It replaced a forty years old model. Can't believe how quiet it is! My install did not go well! Still waiting for a resolution to my damages!

We like our new ge fridge. We are only two people here so the size is sufficient for us. The counter depth model is nice, it doesn't stick out too far in front of the cabinets. Inside water dispenser is a great feature. It has great inside lighting and the temp stays very steady. The only minor problem was making the handles stay on. A worker that was in our house at the time gave the handles a couple of whacks with a rubber hammer, I wouldn't recommend anyone to try this, but it worked for us. I do however recommend this refrigerator, we love it.

The refrigerator was barely a year old when it stopped blowing cold air into the fridge because condensation increases in the freezer and ice builds up behind the lower drawers, causing the ice to back up into the freezer so it stops working entirely. It appears to be a design flaw, which are conveniently not covered by warranty anyway. My husband has spent time and effort repairing it MANY times. We had a repairman come out who said it was fixed and wouldn't be a problem anymore. That "fix" lasted less than a month. The problem just keeps worsening, to the point where my husband has to use a hair dryer to melt the ice in the back of the refrigerator and turn the fridge off until it resets every few days. This is ridiculous and now, after only 3 years, we're forced to buy a new refrigerator.

Purchase for a customer. Unfortunately, there was a delay in getting it but now that we got it, they love it.

I picked up this fridge as open box but it works perfectly. There is plenty of space for all of your food and the freezer has huge capacity.

Freezer is really small. But, thats ok. Just have to eat more fresh foods!

Refrigerator space is good, but the plastic drawers don’t seem sturdy. The freezer drawer doesn’t hold much compared to my old Samsung. Freezer could have been designed better.

Perfect fit for our newly remodeled kitchen. Plenty of fresh ice and cold water too.

I am so happy with my new G.E. Refrigerator. The interior is perfect. The drawer storage is amazingly more than ample and easy to see what’s inside. Both the shelving and drawers are perfectly laid out in such a way that every inch of space is utilized. The freezer space is perfect also. Thank you G.E. For a perfectly designed refrigerator. Have only had it for 2 days but space is great. Love the retractable shelf.

I really like the new GE slate color. The French door style is more convenient, had side by side, and the water dispenser inside works well, I wasn’t sure about it when viewing in showroom. I was restricted in fridge size but this one (18.6 cubic feet) is fine.

Bought product as open-box and works great. Storage space isnt as big as it looks in pictures - expect that from a counter-depth fridge. Make sure to compare its cu. ft. to your current fridge to get an accurate idea of storage space. The drawers stick a bit when pushing them in but that is fixed by slightly lifting the drawer as you push it in. Water pressure from the inside-dispenser is not as good as the typical outside-dispenser but, because of the inside dispenser, it looks more sleek than other fridges. Lastly, the ice maker in the freezer drawer is awesome: constantly FULL of ice, even when we have parties.

Install was great. Product is beautiful and works appropriately.
