Best Buy delivered but wouldn’t switch the handle or the opening to the other side. Instead, I had to schedule a separate service appointment to switch the hinges….costing me an additional $70! Then, when they came to do that, they didn’t put the handles on! What? I figured that out and installed the handles myself. Annoying.

It goes to level 5, I have mine on 4 and my water is more cool than cold. The freezer is a different story, it's spacious and frosty in there the freezer needs to give and orientation class to the fridge about how to do it's job.

The only problem is that since the shelves in the door are so big the shelves inside are set back into the refrigerator. This makes it very hard to find things and get them out of refrigerator. It is ok for a secondary refrigerator but not as a primary refrigerator You really have to sit on the floor to find things that you need. I am going to look for another one and put this on in the garage.

The refrigerator doesn't keep milk or other drinks cold enough. I'm sorry I bought this item. I've adjusted both temperature settings a few times. I hope I can still return this item.

Posted .We would like to help and provide some guidance. The ice cubes in your icemaker may be clumping for a couple of reasons. The defrost cycle radiates some heat into the freezer. The ice in the freezer will naturally absorb the heat. This will cause the ice to melt slightly during the defrost cycle and may cause the ice to freeze together in clumps. Increasing the food load in the freezer will buffer the warmth from the defrost cycle and keep the ice from melting. Make sure the freezer is at least 3/4 full of food. Also, when the ice bin is full, the pressure from the weight of the cubes can cause the bottom cubes to fuse and clump. To prevent this from happening, discard the clumped ice and check the bin periodically to ensure the ice is not building up. If you do not use a large amount of ice, you may turn off the icemaker and stop ice production to prevent this as well.

Doors were scuffed, when they brought the refrigerator my husband had to ask them to level it, let alone the fact we had to put the handles on the refrigerator our self. We may not have paid big bucks for it but would still expect customer service.

Bought this to replace and old refrigerator we used in the garage from Montgomery Wards! Wish it was energy star rated, but still works great.
