I love that I am not bending over any more to get into the refrigerator

My current refrigerator was working alright but it was very small and the only upgrade was an ice maker. I wanted a French door model at a good price that had water in the door. This one has a dispenser just inside the left door and I use it often.

Good value, great quality, had an increasing hum from compressor that slowly went away over the first month, would recommend.

We replaced our 10 year old GE that finally bought the farm. They certainly don't make them like they used to. That being said, this fridge has been awesome. We had a 33" width to work with and this is a perfect fit. The space is tremendous and it is very well laid out. Only slight issue is with the internal water. Kind of hard to get water for pots or larger pitchers. There is no place to set whatever you are filling, so you get the biceps workout holding whatever container you are filling. Also, keep paper towels or a towel handy because, especially if you have kids, there will be water that comes out of the spout after you let go of it and there will be water splashed inside the fridge. All in all, it is very nice. LED lighting saves energy. Made a ton of ice in short time. We love the width of the freezer. You can fit large pizzas in the top drawer if you want. Hope this one lasts for a long time because we really love it.

Very roomy. Just had for a week so still new to me. Wish divider on top basket in freezer would be removable.

I LOVE this Fridge! It looks modern, yet classic and the slate finish minimizes fingerprints that would otherwise appear on a metallic finish. My all-time fav appliance, in terms of look and function!

Replaced a 15 year old Amana single door, freezer drawer under w/inside water dispenser and ice maker. This GE fridge feels really flimsy comparitively and the water dispenser only gives 12 oz. of cold water (the Amana gave at least a quart). I find the french doors to be less convenient and the shelves feel cheap. Also the top drawer of the freezer comes out with the bottom compartment when you pull it open and you have to push it back every time to access the lower compartment. Super irritating. I actually tried to find a single door fridge like my old one but none had an inside water dispenser. If I was to do it again I would get a single door lower freezer Kenmore and forego the water dispenser.

OMG Way too loud - a pair of French doors that vibrate an obnoxious buzz when there is vibration of the motor. Pressing the door silences it for about a minute then it builds up to a loud buzzing. The buzz can be heard down the hallway and in the two bedrooms when doors are open. Unacceptable. Wish I never bought this model. At first it was just a low hum but after a year and half this machine is buzzing louder than the TV in the adjoining living room. I have to get up to silence it every few minutes. Considering buying noise absorbing padding to surround it or just replacing it though the refrigeration itself is fine. Waste of money to get this noise maker.

Best fridge. We love it. It makes ice fast and has cold water from the filter. Lots of good space.

This was purchased in July 2017. Since our purchase, Geek Squad has been over to our place seven (7) times. The first two were to replace the fan (in the freezer) and the thermostat. The fan was running loud and the back panel of the freezer was frosted over. Replacing the fan has resulted in no frost on the back panel. The other five trouble calls were to replace the damper valve (the valve to control the flow of cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator). This valve would stick either shut or open resulting in uneven temperatures in the refrigerator. While we have had problems, we like the product and suspect that we received a lemon.
