Only one negative item: to turn off ice maker you have to bend down and reach back into the freezer and flip a lever. My last GE had a button on the upper part of the fridge along side the temperature buttons

First I feel in love with slate finish on refrigerator. But I actually had refrigerator installed at my house by Best Buy install team, I loved it more for its well thought design and extermely cold freezer. Highly recommend.

A great addition to my kitchen. Easy to keep clean and maintain. I absolutely love the LED lighting and the variety of sizes of storage drawers. The ice maker is very compact taking up a minimum of space in the freezer.

The refrigerator was on back order, but it was well worth the wait. I absolutely love it. Working good so far.

We replaced an older standard top freezer style fridge with this one. We were limited on width and height we could use due to kitchen configuration and this one fit perfectly. I wasn't sure about the French door at first but now I love it, same with the freezer on the bottom. After using this for almost 7 months I can say I love this fridge. It just seems roomier. I wasn't looking for one with an ice/water dispenser in the door, so this worked for me. There is a nice filtered water dispenser in the door that works great though.

Good refrigerator with lots of room. The ease of using this fridge is amazing. It holds loads of items and makes it easy to see everything that is in it. Just takes forever to receive.

Very nice I love it. Definitely a good decision to replace my old fridge with these.

This was an exchange for a better fit (had the size smaller, 19 Cu. Ft.). Love the outside look of this refrigerator. Great lighting inside!

would have giving a 5 star rating but the internal water dispenser nozzle is awkwardly very short and makes filling a drinking glass or water container that is not round almost impossible to fill up without spilling water into the refrigerator

Consumer reports rated this refrigerator very high. This ice maker was rated high. The frig has been on order for over a month and we are looking forward to getting it this week.

Overall we love the fridge. We have only had one issue with it that it made a huge noise when ice machine was.not connected but other than that it works great.

As a family we have bought fridges in all price ranges, from top of the line brands like Viking and Kitchen Aid to outdoor fridges like Gladiator. This fridge was way cheaper and has been great, we love this fridge.

Very noisy. Sounded like a jet plane taking off. We returned this refrigerator and purchased a Whirlpool with better quality.

This GE refrigerator has several nice features for a mid-range unit. The water dispenser inside the refrigerator, near the side hinge, gives more room inside the refrigerator for food items, compared to the traditional location of water dispenser outside on the door. Also, the French door design allows larger wider items such a birthday sheet cakes and party trays to fit inside the refrigerator.

Lots of storage in a small footprint. Great configuration of the shelves on door, and plenty of space in drawers within the unit. I just wish that the shelves and drawers were a little more sturdy.

I like the clean exterior finish but miss the ease of the water dispenser. There is one on the inside and it is a button you push with your finger. If you have arthritis in your fingers you will not like this. Also you can only use a thin cup to catch the water. The coffee maker carafe does not fit well to catch the water. I also had a problem with the water filter leaking and the handles came off but have it scheduled for repair. It has a good amount of space inside and nice size compartment/shelves in the doors.
