Wow, after two days what a difference. If you even suspect you have high humidity in an area hook this appliance up. You won't be disappointed. Unit itself easy. Bucket full after ~8 hours (depends on the are) but water hose hook up was super easy.

Great size for my basement. Easy to use, on wheels. Love the smart dry feature. I use a hose...hose not included

This humidifier works so good that I have to empty it every day. It is not near a drain so I cant use a hose. the container is fairly small also. When this one goes, I would buy the same brand but a larger unit

Easy to set up and use. 35 pints less than i had before so lighter to empty. It is small so a little on the pricey side. I think it should cost about 150.00

Ive been using it for about a week. The controls are easy to set and understand and there was nothing to put together outside of snapping the wheels onto the bottom of the unit. It brought the humidity of an approximately 300 square-foot bonus room from 70% to 45% (that's where I set the room humidity to). I empty the bucket once a day, but could probably go longer between empties. Makes a little noise, but I don't spend a ton of time in the room so it's not bothersome.

Working great so far. I have it in a bathroom that doesn't vent well and this gets the moisture out of the air quickly.

The first one of these we purchased was missing the wheels. We returned it and reordered the same one. This one is up & running and does the job. NICE controls and sound is quiet.

I bought it online for my basement. It arrived at my house with a terrible packaging (one corner of the carbon box was missing) and minor damage on the surface paint. Called the Best Buy customer services twice and their attitude was good and provided an acceptable solution. The product has been running well for 5 days so far. Not very noisy even at the highest speed. I like its auto shutdown when the water container is full. Looks effective for a room of 1,200 sq ft.

Good dehumidifier. Has helped keep our basement dry and the noise is minimal.

This dehumidifier works great. It takes a lot of water out of the air. I like the "smart" feature because it shuts off and turns on to keep the air at the set humidity.

Works perfectly in the basement to keep it dry. Ran a hose from the dehumidifier to the sump pump so Im able to run it constantly when needed without having to empty it often.

I was afraid it was too small. But NOPE its perfect for my basement! dont hesitate. Price and size is great!

Quiet running….smaller size—easy to maneuver and quiet

I was not expecting this to work as well as it does. It’s a really fantastic deal for the price, I must say. It’s quiet, I could sleep with it next to me—just sounds like a standard house fan. It works SO FAST, which is why I was really shocked. I’ve had an awful mold problem in my basement for months now which is why I bought this, and win 20 minutes this thing was almost full. I’m really impressed at the quality and the speed of this. I 10/10 do recommend

Does exactly what was expected. My only regret is not buying a bigger one. Didn’t realize how humid the basement was until we started running this. Tank fills up and shuts off as it should. No leaks easy to dump and start again

This dehumidifier definitely gets the job done. Light weight, nice display on top and easy to empty.

This summer was insanely humid in central Texas and we were constantly complaining about being uncomfortable in the house with our Nest thermostat showing 70% or more humidity inside on some days. We actually could have probably used a bigger dehumidifier because this one filled up 2-3 times a day during the summer, but you definitely know it works when you're having to pour it out over and over.

Works great! Keeps the basement dry and less humid.
