Not worth it...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortuantley this air conditioner unit has not turned out well. From the very beginning it somehow collects water and when turned on it sort of "spits out" the water from the vent.

Disappointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this unit for not even 2 months. It stopped blowing cold air. The whole point of an ac unit…. Customer support is no help. There’s no getting your money back. Do not buy this- it’s a sink hole. I wish someone would be helpful enough to fix this considering how much money I spent on it. This should last longer than 2 months…. This is outrageous. I’m never buying from this company again.

Nope!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This air conditioner worked great for about a month and a half and then developed a kind of tinnitus-like whirring sound. Now I'm stuck with an a/c unit that is somewhat impossible to use without earplugs. Buyer beware.

Posted .Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us about your experience with your air conditioner, though we truly hate to hear the unit started making a whirring sound after less than two months. We know that would be concerning. This unit is meant to operate at a level of about 57 to 62 dBAs, which is at or slightly above the level of moderate rainfall. We do regret that the whirring sound you're hearing has been too disruptive for you, and will certainly send your feedback regarding this issue to our Air Conditioner Design team for future review and development. There is also a list of normal operating sounds for your model on page 14 of the manual, if you'd like to review that to be sure the sound you're hearing is not unusual for the air conditioner. Information on your limited warranty is available on page 17 of the manual if needed. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and are happy to assist with any other questions or concerns you may have. -Sarah@GEA

Terrible Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this unit for exactly 60 days and it does not work anymore. Powers on then doesn't blow any air at all. Big waste of time and money.
