Sent faulty conditioner

Posted .We hate to hear that your air conditioner's motor is not operating properly so soon into its lifespan and truly understand how that would be frustrating. We are seeing that this air conditioner is a "Return to Vendor" model as parts for it are extremely limited. In this case, we recommend you reach out to Best Buy to evaluate what your options for repair are. Complete install kit included

I love that the manufacturer included a complete install and securing hardware kit. No need to go to local hardware store to buy additional parts which I had done already as I did not know it was included. The wifi set up was straight forward, simple,quick,and worked... and able to use with my Alexa and phone app..works perfectly so far. Install was a breeze with the included kit especially the weather proofing strips which is a bit hard to peel off but not overtly. The unit cooled my 150 square foot room from 74 to 66 in under 2 hours so fantastic...I got the room to 74 by blasting my heating system as I live in the NE and no current heat wave so I made my own. I love the unit, very very quite and superb airflow and smart integration...

Worth it, powerful and energy effiecient

Shipping fast / efficient, easy install, and came with extra installation. Also has app which helps control to give more modern touch when want to return to cold room. Have a 18 by 20 room which cools within minutes. Only con is noise which is not above average ac / can cancel out noise. As someone who loves AC's, was hesitant at first if worth price but its worth every penny!

Posted .Hi there, we're terribly sorry to hear your air conditioner is louder than expected, that the app isn't working well, and that there's been water coming through the vent. We can imagine your frustration and we're happy to help. Room air conditioners have a "slinger ring" around the rear fan blade that picks up water in the base pan and throws it against the condenser coils. This helps improve the efficiency of the unit and helps remove moisture from the pan. This may be the water you're referring to. High tech AC
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Ge smart window air conditioner was super easy to install in my window. The packaging was minimal and easy to pull out and put together. Once in the window I was able to easily connect to it through its app and set desired temp. One thing I did notice was it was really quiet versus other experiences from other AC units. It took about 20 minutes for the room to start to cool down in my apartment. I utilized dark out curtains since I’m a night worker. Coming home the next day the room was really cold. Other notes: I tried hooking up to my generator and it worked perfectly fine so in case of a hurricane will still be able to have cold air! I highly recommend this AC unit if you are looking to add AC to your room or as a backup for hurricane season!
