Nice fridge. Functional shelving and storage. Great lighting and sleek look. Runs quietly and appears to well constructed and high quality.

I used to have a ‘freezer on top’ style fridge (also counter depth). It may just be because the storage is more vertical than horizontal, but it *feels* like less space even though both have specs of just under 22 cu ft of storage (fridge plus freezer). Have now had it for about a month. Ice/water dispenser works great. No problems keeping food cold. Haven’t had any fingerprint issues. In-door storage that can handle a gallon of milk is very convenient. Overall, a very nice fridge.

I needed a stainless steel, counter-depth side-by-side refrigerator for our kitchen, at a reasonable price. Best Buy was the only place where I could meet all those objectives. So far, we have been very happy with this GE refrigerator. It seems well designed, something important in a counter-depth side-by-side refrigerator. The only issue I have had is occasional sensitivity of the door alarm.

This model was a second choice but my first choice had an annoying problem. Within a week I had it replaced with the GE 21.8 cu. ft. side counter-depth. It looked nice with rounded edges but most important of all it is problem free. Everything is working. Enough shelf spaces in both ref and freezer. Though we use it in tandem with our old ref. Water dispensed is cool, ice is produced within the time promised, convenient in door touch controls. However menu in touch controls are not complete so you would manually turn on or off the ice dispenser. We accept this very minor inconvenience as this GE is trouble free so far.

The product is great works just fine. The delivery guys were great. Got it hooked up and working in no time at all. Just happy with the delivery and its working good and quiet.

This fridge is beautiful and and has completely updated my space. I’m switching over from all black appliances to stainless steel and I could not have chosen a better option. I never see fingerprints on the doors and the fridge holds enough food for about a week and a half for my husband and I. It was a little to tall for the space so we had to adjust the cabinets above so be sure to measure your space. Otherwise no complaints. It makes tons of ice and the water filtration a system works great.

Overall so far (3 weeks in), this has functioned well, with exception of the ice and water feature on the door. It is placed in a way that both ice and water come out at an angle and we have to carefully position a glass (especially a smaller or narrow glass) so that both don’t end up overshooting the glass and ending up on the floor and trickling down the front of the fridge. This was not an issue with our previous refrigerator. No issues with the adjustable shelves and storage. This a counter depth fridge but we don’t feel like we’ve lost any storage space in the small downsize from our last fridge. Also, the Best Buy delivery techs were great - friendly, respectful and helpful.

So far, this refrigerator has working as expected. Inside is well lit, temperature of my food and drinks are on point, ice production and capacity is plentiful. Water dispenser is a little slow and the overall fridge capacity is a little smaller than our previous GE. In all, we’re very happy with the refrigerator.

This was a bit disappointing. We could not find the same size GE unit that our house came with. For the same price this was smaller, made less ice, rattles and makes strange noises when filling ice trays, and doesn't hold much ice. It does have better lighting and the shelves are easy to adjust. The water filter costs more, but they do make our city water taste so much better. Finger prints show up easily too. Trust me, we have kids. The materials used are far inferior than what our last GE's have been. NO matter what kind you buy, the ice makers break down within a 5 year period.

Sleek design, interior design has flexible shelving placement affording efficient use of interior space, the unit works greatand keeps the refrigerator and freezer at set temperatures and has good moisture control. All around a great unit for the price point.

We wanted a refrigerator that didn't stick out into the room. Because of the lack of physical size of course there is less capacity. We went from an old Whirlpool with 25 Cu. Ft. to this one with 21.8 Cu. Ft. For me and my wife that is fine, but I do not think this fridge would be large enough for a family of four. Works for us but its freezer capacity is rather small. Ice and water dispenser work great, no drips or leaks and the lights and controls work good too. Shelving is convenient with many height options. This fridge is quieter than our old one. Once after first installed it made an annoying sound when the freezer was cooling down. We noticed that there was some frost on the inside of the freezer so we turned the temperature from 0 degrees to 3. The frost went away and have never heard the sound again. We have had this fridge for a couple months and so far so good. We like this fridge.

We are pleased with the new refrigerator and I would have posted 4.5 stars but the system didn’t have a way to do that.

Great product. Lots of space. Also looks aesthically nice!

We are about three weeks into owning this fridge. Purchased to replace our beloved LG Counter Depth French Door unit whose compressor failed. While I miss the width of the refrigerator shelves, as well as them being all at eye level, of the french door, we have loved the size and layout of the freezer. Water works nicely, ice is good; also like that the shelves are adjustable heights, along with the door shelves. Many other models we looked at had fixed height shelves. Also appreciate the three fridge drawers, vs. two. Although pay attention to your needs, as the bottom most fridge drawer isn't as deep as the fridge. Water filter also appears to be simple to change when necessary. Good lighting. Four stars only because we have no idea about the longevity of the unit.

For the price the fridge is pretty nice. It was a little tricky to get the shelves in and we ended up cracking one so be aware of that. Also the shelves themselves on the door are small, so be aware

I spent a lot of time trying to determine which product best suited my needs. After reading the reviews on several models, I could not justify the extra expense for the relatively few bells and whistles. This refrigerator ended up being the perfect fit. There is so much space, the ice maker is fast, and the appliances is quiet.

This is a good side-by-side refrigerator at a decent price range. Although this is a counter-depth models, this refrigerator actually offers more usable space when comparing my full size refrigerator being replaced. The first few days in the beginning was noisy to get it cool but it was quiet afterward. The water dispenser does have good water flow and the water taste good.

Fridge slightly less space than old GE profile model of virtually identical outer shell size it is replacing. It is nice and quiet and love the bright led lights. Regarding the service from Best Buy it was a very good and fast delivery and installation and removal of old fridge. I had a small issue with a part getting broken and Best Buy geek squad was there to support me and that’s why I chose Best Buy. They stand behind what they sell better than most other merchants. Thank you Best Buy this will not be my last purchase with your company.
