I WENT TO BEST BUY AND THEY ORDERED IT, DELIVERED AND INSTALLED BY JANUARY 10TH!!! IT IS AMAZING. THANK YOU BEST BUY

First one has a crack in the inside and the freezer light didn't work, the second one they brought to replace it just didn't work – woke up to spoiled food in our fridge and freezer. They're delivering a third one in a couple weeks... we will see how it goes. The only reason we've not gone with a different fridge or brand is because a bought a whole kitchen package and would ideally like it all to match.

There is plenty of space and the freezer has a layout that allows me to see everything I have. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the protective plastic was hard to get off in certain areas.

The shelves in the doors add lots of storage space, which is great because of the reduced capacity due to it being counter-depth. Very happy with my purchase.

Very disappointed in the product as well as the service i have recieved thus far

So glad we changed from a side by side to this. We were afraid the ice maker couldn’t keep up with our family in the Texas heat…the ice maker is doing great. No complaints!

I spent over $3,000 and at 2 years 11 months the compressor goes out! I do not have an extended warranty so I am stuck paying for a repair man. Two different people came out and said basically it is trash and to by a new one. The repair man was nice enough to call GE who basically told him "not our problem". When an expensive appliance is not even 3 years old I would expect GE to have a better answer then that. All my appliances are GE and I was hoping to keep matching appliances. But at this point I would rather change to another brand then deal with this TRASH!
