I love my new refrigerator! Even though it's the old school style, it's tried and true. We had the newer refrigerator and it broke down within 2-years and we bought that from Best Buy as well.

I love this refrigerator. If I had just a couple of minor complaints, they would be that: The water/ice dispenser is not tall enough. You can't get a tall enough vessel under it, like my old refrigerator. Also, the Humidity Drawer slopes down a little and is extremely hard to open. You can't put anything on the shelf above it or you can't open the drawer. I would prefer not to have that Humidity Drawer and will be looking to purchasing and replacing it with a regular drawer that I can use the space for. Right now, the space is pretty much useless. I'm too old to have to use all my might, fighting with a drawer to get it open. It may be that I just got a defective drawer, though. That's my biggest peeve about this refrigerator. OK, onto the good stuff. The refrigerator and freezer have a pretty large capacity. It's a very attractive refrigerator. My other appliances are white, but I couldn't see an almost $500 price difference in the white color, so I went with this. Glad I did, because it looks great in the kitchen. My microwave, air fryer and food processor are all stainless steel and it actually blends in. The sides are a soft black, which looks great. Plus, I love the fact that it's not a smooth shiny stainless steel facade and doesn't show fingerprints. The inside of the refrigerator and freezer are well lit, with a soft lighting. Easy to find everything you're looking for. Adjustable glass shelves make it convenient. The door has amazing shelf space and I'm a condiment freak. It also has plenty of room for all my half gallons of Cashew Milk & Oat Milk. It has a narrower shelf that holds my soda and water bottles and I always have that filled up. One of my favorite features is an ice cream shelf, above the ice maker in the freezer. Sometimes I buy the overpriced KETO ice cream, but usually I make my own. It is large enough for both of my long silicone 1 quart ice cream holders. The temperatures on the freezer and refrigerator are really good. They're extremely cold and I haven't had to change them from the factory settings, but they're easily adjusted from the outside ice/water door display. The same display will also notify you when your water filter is going to need to be changed. BTW, it's the EASIEST water filter I've ever changed and easily accessible. That's a big plus. While the factory water filters are expensive, you can buy the generic ones cheaply on several sites. The door panel also has a "Door Ajar" sensor/beeper. After the door is open too long, it will start beeping to let you know. You can disarm that, if you want. You'll probably prefer it on, especially if you have kids. I've been up in the middle of the night, rummuging through the fridge for leftovers and Beep, Beep, Beep!! I'll hear my sister yell from her bedroom, "Get out of the refrigerator! You don't need that!" TATTLE TALE. It might not always be a good thing. To sum it up. All in all, this is a great fridge/freezer unit. I know a lot of people talk down GE, but 2 years ago, I purchased a GE oven (because it was cheaper than similar brands) and I've had absolutely no problems with it. This is the same. For the features you receive, most other brands charge several hundreds of dollars more. Thank you for reading my review.

After having a french door refrigerator for the last 5 years, we wanted to get back to a standard side by side. We're glad we stumbled across this one...between the room it offers in both the fridge and freezer sections along with the adaptable layout, we've been impressed with it so far.

Great refrigerator and does the necessary job! No complicated fancy features.

Refrigerator is fine and looks good. The issue I have is with the water dispenser. It doesn't have a good shut off, and drips a little after each use. It also isn't easy to fill larger cups since it is set so far back.

So far I’ve been loving this fridge. Didn’t want anything too fancy since I’ve heard of issues with the new compressors. My only complaint is how slowly the water comes out of the dispenser. Takes a while to fill up a 16oz water bottle. Could be an issue with the house water pressure though, not sure.

We like this fridge. It was loud at first, but now it's quiet. I think it was making ice. It is a little small and the water dispenser only fits a water glass. I use an oversized mug and it doesn't fit.

We're very happy with our new GE Refrigerator. It is just the right size for our townhouse and much more efficient.

I love my GE refrigerator. It looks good and has lots of room inside. I hope it lasts 20 years as my old one did. It is made in America with people who are proud of their work.

Nice product, sleek and sold looking. Bought the fingerprint resistant and paid the extra 200 dollars to lean that the handles aren’t fingerprint. Makes no sense so save the extra 200 dollars and put some food and cold drink in that refrigerator

Very pleased with unit. Started up easily. Great improvement over the unit it replaced.

Absolutely love the ipdated model. Had a 2015 which I wasnt planning on replacing. The updated lighing, shelves, and colors are great.

I am very happy with this refrigerator so far. It does make an interesting whistling noise after using the ice dispenser but can live with that. It is a very nice-looking fridge.

Very good for the price. No complaints so far. Exactly what I expected. Easy to keep clean. Wish I could adjust shelf height.

Got this one to replace my older system. Nothing fancy but works well. Kind of noisy at times and makes some strange sounds but it works and is reliable so far.

I love it! Room for everything and saves me money on my electric bill. Came fast and without any problems. Would definitely buy this one again!

Really like this fridge the space is perfect for our family. Ice is a perfect size
