Pleasant folks, answered all questions and moved quickly to finish the job. All within about an hour. amazing!

Sales Rep wrote up the order and scheduled delivery. When they installed the frig, the installers could not hook up the frig because neither of the two installers was a plumber. This is after we paid the $130 for complete installation. And, the frig was too big, the depth. We had to go back to the store to get another Side-by-side.

Luckily the warranty covered it and haven’t had any problems since. Will also add that the freezer space is fairly small

The water and ice maker work perfectly and I like the stainless steel. It's a good refrigerator...although the space into which we put it is just a wee bit too small!
