    I do not know why my refrigerator that I purchased 6/2024 is no longer making ice. The store clerks in Bestbuy stated I will need to contact GE, GE said I will need to contact Bestbuy.

    Worst service ever. Delivery was delayed, canceled after a week, then rescheduled again for more than two weeks after the item arrived damaged. I canceled and bought the same appliance from Home Depot, which delivered in 2 days. Completely lost trust in Best Buy — not recommended for big appliances.

    Not thrilled with this refrigerator. Ice capacity is extremely small. Water dispenser is VERY slow!
