two stars, because it took about two weeks to deliver, due to snow storm. at starting it up it was leaking at the bottom after while tech still on site; the guys was kind enough to report it, someone came and trying to fix it but the problem could not be determined as it was not leaking any longer. they then initiated the return to BestBuy. two week later again they came and switched the fridge out . this was 4 weeks after purchase; replacement model had no leakage but after a week or so an odor developed and every time we open it smells bad. all food was purchased new and all containers are closed. fridge was cleaned after delivery. we cannot figure out how to get rid off the odor and what causes it, asked BestBuy and they dont have anyone reporting this either. no filter which could be replaced for the circulating air, thats what the best buy tech said. now two weeks into it, we would like to return it, but since the purchase is now 6 weeks ago its not possible to return, when in fact we only using it for two weeks going into week three, so be aware if they replace the item you bought to cancel the order and repurchase so you have actually really 4 weeks time to decide to return or not,

We were excited about getting a new refrigerator. Thec1st couple of weeks it was great. Then we started having issues with the freezer. Its becoming a challenge to get the freezer temperature level. It doesnt work on recommended settings. Were still working with it to find the right temp. Either its too cold or too warm. The other issue is the refrigerator doors. They dont have hydraulic s so open very widechitting counters if you dont hold them. We are making the best of these issues . It would have been nice to be issue free until the frig was mich older! No issues with the refrigerator temperature and fits all items well. The water dispenser is a bit cumbersome as you have to push a button while holding your drink container. I havent encountered a water dispenser that you cant just push against with the container for water to flow. So a few issues but reasonably priced.

Eric, the sales associate at the Santa Rosa store was extremely helpful in showing us what was available and sorting through which models were readily available as our refrigerator had completely failed. This is the third time this year we've purchased an appliance from Best Buy and we go back to him everytime we come in.

We absolutely love this refrigerator. The internal water dispenser work great & the freezer is large enough to hold what we have.

I had hoped for more so I am disappointed. The refrigerator is quite noisy when it runs. You need to be careful how many heavy objects are in the doors or the alarm keeps going off. Otherwise the features are the redeeming quality.

Great but the ice maker constantly gets jammed and its very annoying
