Great size, all around great fridge so far can't complain

The GE refrigerator replaces a similar one we had for 7+ years that was manufactured by LG so repairs are problematic. We love the amount of space both in the refrigerator and freezer compartments. The fingerprint proof exterior always looks like new. We did not want a refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser on the door because dependability would likely have been an issue.

Glad to be able to replace the broken fridge within a short timeframe. The fridge is good. The installation was quick and precise besides forgetting to drop the feet to prevent the fridge from rolling forward. Wish the ice Bucky in the freezer doesn’t take up that much space!

Very quiet, makes lots of ice and very spacious inside. We love it!!

Happy with this purchase. We just need to get someone out to do the water install and we weren’t expecting that.

I have had this fridge since Labor Day weekend of 2023. The fridge itself has been wonderful. Not a single compliant there. The only issue I have had is that the ice maker has not worked/frozen up on me multiple times since the date of purchase. It felt like it happened every 30 days or once a month where I had to play with it and try to get it to work again. Maybe I just got a dud ice maker or sensor. I'm not quite sure but other than that, this is a beautiful fridge and has been awesome. Would receive 5 stars if the ice maker wasn't an issue.

This fridge kind of sucks. The design is just bad. You cannot open the very small, meat/cheese tray without the doors of the fridge being completely wide open. The Freezer door demands that it must slide out with the interior top drawer, along with the bottom drawer, together making opening it much heavier than necessary. The shelves, drawers, all feel flimsy and cheap. No where to put butter, no where for fruit if you actually eat vegetables and use both vegetable drawers. I dont know why the compartments for vegetables have gotten smaller, but on this one, they are. I would barely even give this fridge 3 stars...

The refrigerator works perfectly for the needs of our employees. I would recommend appliances from best buy to everyone.

Great price for this refrigerator. Spacious size capacity.

The refrigerator is very noisy due to the variable speed motor that has been placed on new refrigerators due to energy efficiency. I quickly noticed condensation building up within just a few days on the flap on the door closure from the French doors. The water was enough that it would drip down onto the freezer door. We switched to the side by side fridge with water and ice dispenser on the exterior. We are very gentile on our appliances but I didn’t expect this fridge to last many years. Quality just doesn’t seem to be the same as 10 years ago.

Easy set up. Did it myself. Lots of room and the interior water is great

Although there are many excellent features (capacity, interior configuration, easy to clean stainless), I cannot give this refrigerator more than one star. It is extremely noisy most of the time. I regret not returning it. I do have an upcoming appointment with a GE repair person, but based on phone conversations with GE, I expect them to say the noises are "normal". You should avoid this refrigerator if you live in an open concept dwelling or spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

This is a nice fridge but the compressors are failing after 6 months meaning you lose everything in the fridge and freezer after it makes a bunch of noise. Still under warranty but GE service is a nightmare to deal with. It's been months since it failed and still no fridge. Good thing I happened to have a back up or I'd be out of luck. No payment for lost food or time but they say they'll fix it.... at some point. Scheduled a tech to come today, an appointment that took weeks to get, and he calls at 7:20am to show up at 8 like he said, nice guy BUT GE scheduled him for 40 minutes and he needs at least 3 hours to replace the compressor so now I have to wait another week for him to come back when he has time. Total incompetence and GE knows they're using faulty compressors that fail after 6-7 months. Don't buy these fridges until you know they've replaced their faulty parts!!

Great refrigerator…holds so much and love the freezer on the bottom…so much easier to find things,

I love it, so much space. I wish the freezer was bigger. But the fridge has plenty of room.
