Terrible customer advice. My whirlpool frig couldn’t be repaired after purchase only 14 months later. I did a warranty exchange and the replacement is bigger than what I had but I was told it was same. I was without a working frig from Dec 25 to April 16, 26. They compensated me $75 for my troubles. That really is a slap in The face bec I pay for 2 different service calls for over $100 each. SMH

I love my GE refrigerator. Works really well. So glad I made this purchssed.

The long door handles make it easy to open. I chose this product because I don’t usually use water dispenser from the refrigerator because I am using high-performance water purifier at the sink. The inside of the door can be used widely because the water furifier part is not attached to the door. I am greateful to the delivery guys for friendly, polite and prompt installation.

Very good refrigerator. The only issue I have is that the bottom drawer is full-width, which requires you to open both doors to open the drawer. They could have designed that better.

This refrigerator is poor quality (cheap). We purchased this product because of the size (we have a small kitchen). We started using the refrigerator in Oct of 2022 and we are having to have the compressor replaced (6 months).

The handle on the freezer door keeps popping off. Other than that recurring problem, I do like it.

Great product for price. Storage and shelving is sufficient and spacious. Love the French door design and. Water filter system. Very pleased with overall product!

Had issues having my ice maker connected. Drivers just connected the hose and left. It was leaking and had to call Best Buy back.

It keeps making clicking sounds, doesnt get cold, and the motherboard has already failed. It was bought june 2022 and six months later it has failed us already. Do not reccomend

This is a great refrigerator. The only thing I would change is a little more storage in the pull out freezer.

Well our unit , the freezer was not working. We had it only 10 days and was told It was a LEMON and exchanged it for a new unit! So right now we are hopeful the new unit will be ok ok? This model runs a little noisy! We’re just hoping it will be dependable and last!

It was a nice fridge while it worked, but a compressor failure this early is abysmal. The repair man said all the new R600A refrigerator compressors are failing like crazy. Don't expect this refrigerator to last.

Brand new refridgerator doesnt work. Best buy offered to replace but later said it was warranty work for manufacturer. Jumped hurdles to get GE to fix problem. Service repair man said it needed two parts replaced and still waiting. Hope it's not a lemon.
