    Broke within 2 years, we had to find a replacement meanwhile we get a professional to fix this, freezer still works but the Fridge stopped cooling. All our food went to waste. Went with GE thinking it was reliable unlike other fancy looking Refrigerators

    Dont buy LG. First fridge lasted 8 years this one 2. Bought an extended warranty. What a joke!!! Going on 3 weeks & they still havent fixed. Stir cleat of LG & Best Buy!!!

    The guys did not bring it up. I called to reschedule and speak to a manager and nobody called me back. I had to hire a company to install the unit and I was still charged for the install
