The new cooktop works great. Service was great, nice people to deal with.

I love the power boil function. That really is a great feature. The only reason I gave it 4 ( should be 4 1/2) stars is because it is difficult to keep clean. Just make sure to get the correct cleaning products and use a soft cleaning cloth. The knobs do come off easily for cleaning. All in all this cooktop makes a nice addition to our kitchen and make it look more up to date.

This new one works great and the extra features are helpful too. I choose white because it goes with our kitchen appliances and doesn't show scratches.

It is attractive and easy to clean. The burners heat slower than the previous cooktop. The warmer feature is an asset. I have found it particularly useful for heating plates prior to serving hot foods. Unfortunately, the dimensions were smaller than the space available on our countertop, and the product was returned. I recommend having a Best Buy associate measure before installation. Because I chose that option, a return and exchange was easily accomplished.

That said there is not a lot of temperatures control. You have tur turn it way up to get any heat. So its either hot or warm. I repaced a very similar GE cooktop wich did not have this issue.

Design issues with burners on cook top

The middle burner is too big to use for regular cooking. GE should look at their design. Otherwise, the product is good. We also had a positive experience with the purchase at BestBuy as well as the delivery.
