The stove was being delivered to a tenant and she missed some appointments because the delivery was 2 hours later than the last time promised in the window given, so she was not happy.

I rent an apartment and had this put in as it will stay. Should have spent more money. I’ve only used the oven a few times. The smell is still horrid. The knobs get hot from the oven being on. There seems to be a piece missing at the bottom and I can see the flames from the oven reflected off the tile floor. Don’t waste you’re money. I give 2 stars because the cook top is fine. Not great, but does the job.

First, if it was recently installed, we recommend contacting the installation or gas company to check the gas connection. If the unit is not receiving the proper amount of gas, the performance would be negatively affected. The temperature can also be calibrated by up to 30 degrees F using the instructions on page 10 of the manual. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues. - John@GEAppliances
