    If you need a new heater

    Well, this range is great, except for the fact that it heats the house more than our forced air heater. No kidding, this thing heats up the house in no time. Our previous range was 20 years old, but at least it was heating the food, and not the house.

    Good basic gas stove

    Stove appears to be fine though has not had day to day use yet. the fact that Best Buy would not arrange a propane conversion left us with a painfully difficult task to get done. It also added a necessary costly service. Buyer beware....

    It come late than estimated time. The product is good for the money we paid but because it is new it has some gas leakage from the oven part first 5 minutes than it goes

    Met expected delivery date; interior light has on/off switch and does not come on as you open the over door; bottom broiler does not come with a pull out drawer

    The date given for delivery and installation was 3 weeks different from what was told. Extremely inconvenient

    Recieved the first oven and during the preheat of it the glass shattered. Had to wait another week and a half to recieved a replacement. Second one has been good so far.

    I am not confident GE Appliances are what they once were. I purchased this stove November of 2019. December 1st, 2020, I noticed an unusual smell and call Nicor Gas. Nicor told me the oven was emitting gas and carbon monoxide. Nicor tagged and turned off the gas to the appliance. I was told I could not use the appliance until repaired. That was on December 1st. Today is the 22nd and I am still waiting for GE to come out and repair the appliance. I have a part that was ordered by the servicer that took two weeks to get, and now they are taking their sweet time with installing. BE CAREFUL! I am actually searching ABT Appliances looking for another reliable brand. I know GE Appliance is now owned by Haier, so this could be part of the decline in quality. Another comment for bakers: I did notice that the appliance was not cooking my cakes evenly. The back of the oven cooked faster than the front and I had to consistently turn cakes to cook evenly.

    Middle Burner operated ONCE and then FAILED.

    Bought in March and middle burner failed after using once. This is unacceptable. The GE service guy is here right now and he cannot figure out why the middle burner doesn't operate. Gas is flowing, the spark mechanism operates but still no fire. I'm disappointed and will NOT purchase another GE product.

    Range is great but huge ordeal getting it to work

    Mandatory parts were missing on the original range as well as the replacement range. It was a huge pain and I spent a total of 5 hours on the Phone with support trying to get it all worked out And 3 weeks without a range. Ended up having to get the part from GE instead of Best Buy. Now that I have all parts required, it works great.

    The stove is nice however the middle heater didn't work upon initial install. A technician had to be dispatched to install.

    Door isn't closing all the way and I can't get through to bestbuy for a repair or to come look at it :/

    Cheaply made and reminder: Best Buy won't help u

    Cheaply made, look at it in-person if you can...oven door 'steel' is glued on and it started coming apart after 4 months. Center burner doesn't light properly, it always takes a good 5-6secs which is crazy for a brand-new oven (my opinion I guess). And of course Best Buy doesn't care if you didn't buy their protection plan. Good luck friends
