    This range is okay. The metal burner grates fade in color quite easily and the area where the clock is located scratches with simple contact. If you are looking for a model that is durable, this is not the one to buy.

    Gentlemen, they tell you that it is an open box in very good condition, you pay almost like a new object and when you go to pick it up they give it to you, after you get home and open it, you realize that they sold you an old object, it is pure garbage . Also they don't want to receive it back after you already took it, pure garbage is a company of thieves

    This GE range was set up for propane not gas

    Upon the delivery and installation we were sure there was something wrong with it. We called the gas company and a rep came out and told us that the GE range was set up for propane. Why wasn’t this oticed by Best Buy Outlet.

    They didn’t even install the new range or take away my old unit... BOTH SERVICES I PAID FOR!!! The stove works great. Love the griddle! Wish the oven controls were a little more clear to understand...

    The product is great....the buying experience was HORRIBLE. After buying online delivery dates were not being honored so had to cancel. Woubd up going INTO THE STORE to have a rep purchase for me and confirm delivery.

    Within the first couple of weeks receiving my stove, the light in the oven blew. I have changed the bulb about 4 times in the last 2 years, I stopped after the 4 time. The steam clean don't work. I'm very disappointed with my GE appliance.

    Fit and finish poor. BTU output poor. Griddle is not cast iron but cast aluminum silver stone coated. Coating after 1 week is coming off. Poor poor poor quality

    This review will be on the delivery and not the item it self. This stove is at my mother in-laws and took over two months to get because of errors between BestBuy and the third party delivery company. We purchased two stoves going to two locations and on the receipts and emails the addresses are correct but on their system they were both delivered to my house causing a mix up and delay of two months for my mother in-law. Not happy and will not purchase big delivery items at BestBuy again.

    My GE gas stove had to be special ordered and took 3 weeks to arrive. The delivery and installation were changed 3 times. When the stove finally came to my house, the ignition for the burners doesn't work. Now I have a new stove that I have to manually light. I'm again waiting for a new stove to arrive. Then it will be trying to schedule the delivery.

    I spoke with somebody before purchasing. Through your virtual chat. I only had one question before ordering. Is the broiler up on top. Virtual chat said yes, based on that answer I ordered! When I receive the item the BROILER was on BOTTOM! When trying to contact someone virtual was too busy. I was on hold for an hour on the phone when I was hung up on. Needless to say I just purchased a Television from somewhere else!

    Need to show customer a color photo of the old supply gas line valve and the new supply valve required before the appliance can be installed. Provide the customer with TAKE OUT color photo of THE 2 valves bold description "GET PLUMBER TO INSTALL NEW YELLOW VALVE" prior to unit delivery or we cannot drop or leave the new unit at buyer location.

    we love our gas range easy to change easy to set up and works great griddle works great gets hot like it should a nice flat thick griddle. all ts easy to remove and clean and install back.
