The delivery and installation were changed 3 times. When the stove finally came to my house, the ignition for the burners doesn't work. Now I have a new stove that I have to manually light. I'm again waiting for a new stove to arrive. Then it will be trying to schedule the delivery.

I only had one question before ordering. Is the broiler up on top. Virtual chat said yes, based on that answer I ordered! When I receive the item the BROILER was on BOTTOM! When trying to contact someone virtual was too busy. I was on hold for an hour on the phone when I was hung up on. Needless to say I just purchased a Television from somewhere else!

Provide the customer with TAKE OUT color photo of THE 2 valves bold description "GET PLUMBER TO INSTALL NEW YELLOW VALVE" prior to unit delivery or we cannot drop or leave the new unit at buyer location.

Great Stove, terrible installation problems

Everything works nicely, my only problem was it did not come with a broiler pan which i had to purchase from another store. Be aware that I purchased it with installation and haul away and that turned in to a disaster. I had to pay a plumber to connect it even though i had paid for installation, the Best Buy installer basically told me the stove is not there yet even though it was going to be delivered in the time frame I had been given. so i would have to reschedule for about a week later. i was not going to be able to go a week without a stove so I basically paid for the installation twice. Just be aware that the installation may be unreliable.

We are thinking about returning it.
