If you can’t stand the heat …
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We’ve had our new range for about 3 weeks, and we are happy with everything except the amount of HEAT generated by the oven. It billows out of the vents and makes using the burners at the same time quite uncomfortable! The control knobs are very warm as well - not too hot to handle, but very warm. When I called GE, I was told this was normal for this model, and to set the temperatures lower when using the oven!! We’ll give it some more time, but I’m not sure this will work long term, sad to say.

Poor customer service

I've asked for a hard copy of my invoices to be mailed to me showing all my charges involving my fridge and stove and have received nothing.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.JUNK!!! First time using it, it was tripping the breaker and then sparked. It is on its own breaker and we have never had issues with our old stove plugged in to that outlet, we know it’s not our electrical, it was the stoves board malfunctioning. Extremely disappointed.
