I did not receive a guide for the appliance. The broiler drawer is way too small. Fingerprints are difficult to clean off. Timer is a little difficult to set (if I had a guide, it would probably be easier to understand). I love the middle grill. I was not sure at first, but the burner heats evenly and its so easy to heat up food and clean. Great for tortillas/pancakes,,,etc. If you do not need a bottom broiler (I think you can broil in the oven) this is not a good selection. You would be better off getting an oven with an internal broiler and a bottom drawer that pulls out for storage.

Nice fully functional range for the price with ease of use.

I just purchased this stove and was disappointed to discover that the bottom drawer is not for storage, especially when the oven is on. My previous old stove had a bottom level for storage but this newer range does not, so that was disappointing. The stove does work well and the middle warmer is a plus.

Great stove! Totally recommend to anyone needing a new one. The griddle is awesome to cook on the stove top. I feel like I am camping. ⛺️

This range is excellent. The middle grille magnificent.

I was concerned when I read a review about the grates being prohibitively heavy. I ordered the range anyway because I wanted the center griddle. The grates aren't that heavy. The different sizes of burners are new to me. I've had gas stoves for over 20 years and the burners have always been the same size. It is nice having an oversized burner for the pasta pot. We LOVE the griddle! Easy to use and very easy to clean. I've used it to make everything from grilled cheese to scrambled eggs to steaks. This is the first range I've had where the oven doesn't have a knob. It's taken a little getting used to, but the oven works very well. All in all, this was an excellent purchase and we are very happy with it.

Perfect fit. Just what I wanted. The griddle in the middle is a super bonus w/o having to use a different appliance or skillet! I love it. I’m using the griddle more than the oven.

This stove was a great purchase. Easy to connect and awesome for preparing food.

The griddle middle piece is amazing. All parts ignite super fast. Pretty quick pre-heat with nice space in the oven. Would definitely recommend this oven to others.

Love this stove. Remodeled my moms kitchen. Had to finish the remodel with new appliances. This works great. Griddle in the middle is amazing. Cooking all kinds of breakfast and heating up tortillas in a Mexican household.

We love our range, it has a griddle in the middle and is great. Waited wayyy too long for the unit to arrive and be delivered and was Not installed by best buy, had to do it myself!

Fantastic stove. It is easy to clean, lights well, looks great and I couldnt be happier. The only thing I think they could have done differently, is the broiler on the bottom is really low. You basically have to get on your knees to take things in and out.

So far works well, looks like good quality but was on the cheaper side of other stoves

This is a steel for the price. We love this range. Looks great and works great. Easy to keep clean and nice.

Really like it, other than the broiler is on the bottom drawer so you have to lay on the floor to check your steak. The griddle in the middle rocks! Actually comes with the propane conversion kit as well. Made hooking it up easy. Very happy to date.
