Thank you for reviewing your range. Model number JGCS66REKSS does not offer a self-clean feature. The model has the steam clean option.
Please review the steps for Steam Clean below:
The range should be at room temperature before
beginning the Steam Clean cycle. If the oven is too hot,
“Hot” will appear on the display and the cycle will not
activate until the oven cools down.
The Steam Clean feature is for cleaning light soil from
your oven at a lower temperature than Self Clean.
To use the Steam Clean feature:
1. Start with the oven at room temperature.
2. Wipe excess grease and soils from the oven.
3. Pour one cup of water onto the bottom of the oven.
4. Close and latch the door (on some models).
5. Press the Clean pad twice and then press
Note: During the steam clean cycle, the oven bottom becomes very hot, please wait until the cycle is over (30 minutes) before wiping the inside surface.
If the oven is still soiled, once cooled down you can run the steam clean cycle again. We hope this information is helpful. Thanks for providing your feedback. ALISONatGEA
