    I love the way this looks and it is nice as part of my set, but...the broiler is not in the oven. It's in the bottom drawer. Hate that. Also found that the center griddle scratches easily. I can see that looking crummy in a few years.

    The range was as it is supposed to. Unfortunately, it took Best Buy one month to get the delivery correct. The coordination between the delivery and install (gas ranges require licensed pros to install) was terrible. The range gets 5 stars and recommend. I gave BB 3 stars because of aggravation.

    I don’t know who these people are saying it’s easy to clean maybe they have miracle cleaner? Black is the worse won’t buy black again! Takes at least 2 hours to clean and that’s just the outside!

    People put stove in place. Did not install gas or electrical. And stove is missing drip pan in broiler. I removed plastic and cardboard from inside of oven and put burners on top. Apparently install is slap stove where old one is and get out.

    I purchased this in the beginning of August. It was delivered and qhen we hooked it up eveything was fine until I turned the oven on. The electric went off. The burners work since they are gas, but I currently have no oven until they replace it. I was told it was on backorder and will have to wait until September 11th. We asked to get a different one rather than going without and oven that long and were told we would have to pay the difference if so. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
