This said, we would like to apologize for aspects of this range that did not meet your expectations. To clean burned-on residue, allow the cooktop to cool. Then, spread a few drops of ceramic cooktop cleaner on the entire burned area, and use a non-scratch cleaning pad to rub the residue area. For more information on cleaning techniques, we highly recommend checking out page 22 of your range’s “Use and Care Manual”. Very frustrated with this purchase. Spend 1 1/2 hour cooking when usually I can do it in 45 minutes. Now I have to wait for 2 months to get another range

Because of the “ protective button” on the coils which sit higher than the coils when i put my pans with longer handles ( which i need because i am handicapped ) on the stove kept slipping off the burners!! Even when you just walked infront of the stove the pan slipped off & we Made sure it was leveled before we used it!! I have never had to leave a real bad review on any of the products that i have purchased from best buy but this is hopefully the one & ONLY that i have to make!! BUYER PLEASE BEWARE!!
